Return and Replacement
In case of receiving a faulty product, (puffed pouch or damaged package or different product), customers are requested to click a photo (of the unopened pack) and contact our Customer Care Executive along with the photo and order ID/receipt of purchase at [email protected] or +918800798585, at the earliest.
If found eligible, customers will be provided with free-of-cost Replacement or full Refund, based on their choice.
Our Replacement Policy last for 7 days. If concerns are raised after 7 days since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you any refund or replacement.
We have a ‘No-Return’ policy. No return at the time of delivery or at our address will be entertained. No refunds/shipping charges of any such returns would be incurred by the company or associated partner’s side.
Full amount will be refunded to you if the order is cancelled within 4 hours of placing your order.
Processing fees may be charged from the refund amount if any order cancel request is placed after 4 hours of placing the order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Contact your credit card company (if paid via credit card), it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
